Kalechy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. unsalted butter
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    cake of yeast
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter and cheese.
    Add yeast (which has been soaked in a small amount of milk in which a bit of sugar has been added. Add flour and mix until worked in thoroughly.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day roll out the dough to approximately 1/8-inch thickness and cut into small squares.
