Potato Dumplings For Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sized potatoes
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mash cooked potatoes, add eggs, baking powder and salt.
    Add enough flour so they can be easily dropped from spoon.
    Drop by spoonful into boiling broth or stew.
    Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes; then covered for 10 minutes.
    If dumplings are not fluffy, your broth was not hot enough.
