Apple Walnut Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. coarse walnuts
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. thinly sliced, pared tart apples
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
Place apples in bottom of 8 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with half of cinnamon mix.
Combine egg, milk and margarine.
Add dry ingredients all at once; mix until smooth.
Pour over apples.
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mix.
Bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
Serves 8.
