Baked Bass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bass of 2 or 3 smaller ones (to fit your roaster)
lemon juice
salt
flour (I use pancake flour)
stuffing (seasoned as you wish and using hot water instead of broth)
Preparation

Season inside of fish with lemon juice and salt.
Flour both sides and brown in shortening in heavy roaster.
Prepare your favorite stuffing recipe and stuff fish.
Any extra stuffing, place around fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour or until fish and stuffing are done, removing lid the last 15 minutes of baking.
