Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 c. milk
1 c. raisins
7 c. cooked white rice, drain well
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar well.
Add milk, raisins and cooked rice. Add remaining ingredients and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours until firm.
