Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, less if potatoes are thawed.
