Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until done.
    Mix the potatoes, butter and sugar; stir.
    Add the egg and milk.
    Stir the vanilla into the mixture
    and
    pour\tinto an undone pastry shell.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for
    10
    minutes, then turn to 350\u00b0 and let cook 50 minutes.
