Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. unseasoned warm mashed potatoes (instant)
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
6 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
sesame seed or poppy seed (optional)
Preparation

Put warm water (105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0) in a bowl.
Sprinkle yeast over the warm water.
Add sugar and salt, stirring until dissolved. Let stand until mixture starts bubbling.
