Fettuccine With Basil, Turkey And Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh fettuccine
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1 1/4 c. diced, cooked turkey ham
    1/3 c. chopped fresh basil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of crushed hot pepper flakes
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts, toasted if desired
Preparation
    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles until almost tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Add cream, turkey ham, basil, cheese and hot pepper flakes to pot.
    Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until very hot and well blended.
    Add pasta and walnuts and cook, tossing, 1 to 2 minutes, until heated through.
    Serve immediately.
