Country Fried Turkey Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. boneless turkey breast (chicken)
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    3 to 4 oz. A.1. steak sauce
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. ground garlic (no salt)
Preparation
    Slice turkey (chicken) breast into nuggets, whatever size is desirable.
    Wash meat thoroughly in cold water.
    Mix eggs, milk and A.1. steak sauce.
    Egg whites may be separated if desired. Marinate nuggets in batter for 2 to 3 hours.
