Cajun Style London Broil(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. 1 1/4-inch thick London Broil
    1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Cajun spice
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of meat.
    Let stand for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle both sides of meat with spices.
    Cook on red hot grill 5 minutes on both sides.
    Put honey on top after cooked. Serve after honey melts.
    Slice thin.
    Bearnaise sauce acceptable.
