Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. grated carrots
    4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 small onions, grated
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to oven to brown.
