Extra Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast strips
    self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    salt
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Salt and lemon pepper chicken.
    Pour the buttermilk over chicken.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Pour off excess buttermilk and dip into flour until chicken is covered.
    Deep fry until golden brown. Fry on medium heat so it won't burn before getting well done.
