Hershey'S Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and sugar in microwave-safe dish; add hot water and mix well.
    Cook in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes on High, stirring after 2 1/2 minutes.
    Add vanilla and stir.
    Let cool and pour into container and store in refrigerator.
    You may also cook on stove top.
    Bring mixture to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 3 minutes, remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and let cool.
    Pour into container. Makes 2 cups.
    You may double this recipe.
