Company Fish Casserole Or "Let'S Make The Family Feel Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fresh fish fillets or frozen (salmon is great, but rich!)
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Separate fillets; cut and piece together to make eight 6 x 2 1/2-inch strips.
    Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
    Add enough milk to reserved mushroom liquid to make 1 1/2 cups total liquid; set aside.
