Miracle Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    walnut halves
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, milk and salt in a 4-quart mixing bowl. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Stir until well blended. Microwave on High 6 to 7 minutes until mixture boils and forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
    Fold in marshmallow cream and vanilla until well blended. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Chill until firm and cut into squares.
    Top each square with a walnut half.
