Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
14 oz. sauerkraut, drained and cut
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook sausage until brown and drain.
Add other ingredients and mix.
Chill until cool.
Make into 3/4-inch balls.
Dip in flour and beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry until brown. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
