Diet Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    15 pkg. Equal
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Combine raisins, boiling water, salt, cornstarch, orange juice and lemon juice; cook until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Equal and lemon rind.
    Pour into uncooked crust.
    Top with lattice crust.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until crust is done.
