Frog'S Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Skin frog legs.
    Wash; cut off feet.
    Soak for 1 hour in salt water.
    Bean an egg.
    Season legs with salt and pepper.
    Roll in fine bread crumbs, then in egg and then in bread crumbs again.
    Fry in hot fat.
    Drain well.
