Frozen Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (9 oz.) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
    lettuce leaves, whipped topping and chopped walnuts for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
    Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spread in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Freeze until firm.
    Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Return leftovers to freezer.
    Makes 15 servings.
