Veggie Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 small cans tomato paste
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. sugar substitute
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 can each: Great Northern, pinto and kidney or red beans
    1 lb. each: ground turkey, ground round and turkey sausage
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    4 green onions
    1 small yellow onion
    4 carrots
    3 celery ribs
    3 zucchini
    2 yellow squash
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Chop coarsely all vegetables and steam until just tender. Saute garlic and onions in sprayed skillet until clear.
    Remove and brown all meat.
    Place all ingredients into a covered roaster and stir.
    (Crock-pots may also be used.) Roaster:
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Crock-pot:
    Low, 8 to 10 hours.
