Sour Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. drippings from roast
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix flour and salt.
Gradually add drippings, stirring until smooth.
Add wine.
Stir over medium heat until thickened.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in sour cream; heat to serving temperature.
