Prize Winning 4-H Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2/3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Put Wesson oil in muffin tins and put in oven to get hot.
    Mix all the ingredients well and fill muffin tins.
    Put in oven at 450\u00b0 to cook for about 10 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
