Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. flour
    3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Beat milk, eggs and flour until smooth.
    Rinse chilies and drain on paper towels.
    Mix cheeses and reserve 1/2 cup for top. Make alternate layers of cheese, chilies and egg mixture in deep casserole dish.
    Pour tomato sauce and remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
