Glazed Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes (about 3 1/4 lb.)
1/3 c. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large pot, cover sweet potatoes with water.
Bring to a boil and boil
20 to 25 minutes, or until tender.
Drain. Let cool enough to
touch.
Peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange slices in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex; set aside.
