Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
3 pears, peeled and chopped finely
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well by hand for 1 minute. Sift flour, salt and spices together; fold into egg mixture.
Add vanilla.
Fold in pears, pecans and coconut.
