Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. honey
4 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and honey in saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cook until it reaches soft ball stage of 325\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Dip pecans in sugar mixture.
Place on wax paper to cool.
