Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. frozen white petite corn
    1 1/2 c. frozen petite peas
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 red and 1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar (or to taste)
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix well and chill, then serve on a leaf of lettuce.
    Serves 10.
