Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. cold mashed potato
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Fry over medium heat, turning once until golden brown.
    Serve with tartar sauce.
    Can substitute cooked chicken, if desired.
    Use same amount of chicken as salmon.
