Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

20 oz. crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix ingredients and bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
