Lentil Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. pork fat
1 large onion, sliced
2 sticks chopped celery
1 carrot, chopped
3 c. sprouted lentils
4 c. water
2 c. chopped tomatoes
salt and pepper
1/2 lb. cooked sausages, sliced
Preparation
-
In large kettle, combine first 4 ingredients.
Saute, then add next 4 ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Place in blender until smooth.
Return to kettle and add sausage rounds and serve when heated through.
