Chocolate Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tablespoons of butter
    1 cup self-rising flour
    3/4 cup of granulated sugar
    1/2 cup of pecans
    1 1/2 tablespoons of baking cocoa
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup of granulated sugar
    1/4 cup of unsweetened baking cocoa
    1 1/2 cups of boiling water
    premium vanilla ice cream for accompaniment
    hot fudge sauce
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan in a 350 degree oven.
