Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar, beating at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine next 4 ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and orange juice, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Stir in flavoring and orange rind. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool cake in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
