Turkey Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed, roasted turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. canned chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked rice (white and wild)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine for 3 minutes.
    Stir in flour.
    Add chicken broth gradually.
    Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Add pimentos, almonds, pepper, turkey and rice.
    Stir to combine.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole and sprinkle cheese and paprika over top.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
