Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Soak 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless meat in marinade overnight.
    Cut into strips (1/8 to 1/4 x 1-inch).
    Lay strips on oven racks with the drip pan below and the door slightly open; roast for 5 to 6 hours at 150\u00b0.
    The meat will shrivel and blacken as it dries.
    Pat off any beads of fat.
    Cook the meat until it is chewy and flexible enough to bend without breaking. Do not overdry.
