Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and onions; put in greased pan.
    Make sauce by mixing milk, butter, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
    Cook until smooth.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake 90 minutes at 360\u00b0, uncovered.
