Scallops And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    2 c. broccoli, cut small
    1 lb. bay scallops
    1 can chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Add cornstarch to soup. Saute mushrooms in garlic in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Add scallops.
    Cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 3 more minutes.
    Add soup and soy sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    Lower heat and cook two minutes, covered, or until broccoli is crisp cooked.
    Serve over rice.
