Cheesy-Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or fresh, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package, omitting salt; drain well. Saute onion in butter in a medium saucepan.
    Add broccoli and remaining ingredients to saucepan; cook over medium heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 5 1/2 cups.
