Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 eggs
2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, cubed and crusts off
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Butter casserole.
Put bread on bottom; add sausage.
Beat eggs; add milk.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
