Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled
    1 medium onion (may use dry onion flakes)
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. flour tortilla shells
    1 can Ro-Tel
    water chestnuts and/or mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Melt cheese in Ro-Tel.
    Add chicken and mushroom soup and onion.
