Turkey Divan With Peaches - cooking recipe

2 turkey breast tenderloins
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
2 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Simmer turkey in an inch of water for 15 to 20 minutes until the pieces are no longer pink.
Cook broccoli to package directions without salt.
In small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder and garlic powder.
Spray shallow baking pan with nonstick spray.
Add turkey; arrange broccoli and peach halves around tenderloins.
Spoon sour cream mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 6 to 7-inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until the sour cream mixture is puffy and light brown.
