Jennifer'S Apple Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. sliced apples
    lemon juice as desired
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of ginger
    2 c. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar (for apples)
    3/4 c. sugar (for mixture)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease the baking pan.
    Put the sliced apples in a deep dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
    Mix together and pour into baking pan.
    Mix the flour, butter and three-quarters cup of sugar until mixture crumbles.
    Pat this mixture on top of the apples loosely.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
