Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. roast beef
    3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. rosemary, basil and oregano
    14 oz. catsup
    1 1/2 c. water or more
    3 onions, chopped
    2 large ribs celery, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. vinegar
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cook 5 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Leave set 20 minutes and shred.
