Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. pastry or soft wheat flour
3/4 c. egg whites (from 6 to 7 eggs)
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. egg yolks (4 to 5)
1 tsp. vanilla or orange extract

Preparation

Sift both the sugar and flour before measuring.
Sift the flour 4 times after measuring.
