Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and eggs.
    Blend in oil.
    Stir together soda, salt, flour, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix and blend.
    Add carrots. Bake in three 8-inch square or three 9-inch round pans at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Insert toothpick for testing; if comes out clean, cake is done.
