Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (juice and all)
    1 can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil leaves
    3 c. (two 12 oz. cans) cottage cheese
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked and well drained
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion together.
    Chop up tomatoes.
    Mix in saucepan tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley flakes, sugar, salt, basil, garlic and oregano.
    Heat to boiling.
    Stir occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes.
