Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising meal
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cheese, shredded (American cheese)
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. pimento
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
1 can creamed corn
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. oil
Preparation
-
Mix all together in large bowl.
Grease skillet and get hot; pour into skillet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
