Squash Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooked, drained and mashed squash
1 egg
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Mix and drop in hot oil by spoonfuls.
Cook until brown.
