Egg-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen spinach
1 (7 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 pkg. croutons
1 doz. eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw spinach and put in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan. Put mushrooms on top of spinach and then crumble croutons and sprinkle on top of mushrooms. Beat eggs and spices and pour over top. Pour milk over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
