Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 Tbsp. butter
 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
garlic powder (sprinkle over mixture)
1 tsp. chopped parsley
2 cans crabmeat or broken shrimp
1 lb. large, fresh mushrooms, rinsed (chop stems)
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter.
 
Add bread crumbs and mix.
Add mushroom stems, seasonings and seafood.
Stuff caps with mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
